ACQUISITION OF VENEER:
Everything starts with the proper selection of the raw material, and this is followed by hydrothermal processing, debarking, machining and drying. In order to obtain a top-quality end product, all these stages must meet stringent standards. Appropriate cutting of logs and sorting according to intended use helps us to obtain a good intermediate product – dried veneer sheets.

PRESSING:
We shape our products by using both pressure and temperature. Our machine stock includes presses utilising hot-water and high frequency electric current. We have several standard profiles (forms), and we are capable of making customised forms ourselves. Pressing is most often carried out using urea-formaldehyde resin. All types of resins used in our plant have the E1 hygiene standard.

PROCESSING:
This is the final stage of shaping the article. Pressed plywood profiles are now subject to several operations intended to give them their final shape and to prepare the elements for finishing the surface with varnish. Our 5-axis digitally-controlled woodworking machine enables us to process even the most sophisticated profiles and to maintain 100% repeatability of the article. This is a very important issue in large serial production.

VARNISHING:
On demand we colour and varnish our products. We use NITRO or POLYURETHANE varnishes, and also WATER-SOLUBLE VARNISHES that are more environment-friendly and which we now prefer.
